I'm Skip! I've been drawing on and off forever. After a long hiatus, I got back into making art more consistently in the last few years. I attribute that a lot to the Neopets art scene, where I made adopts in a low stress environment and eventually joined a really supportive guild (shout out to Athenaeum)!

I mostly draw my OCs and Pokemon. I like fashion a lot, so my characters usually represent a set of styles that I'm vicariously exploring through them. My art is often described as cozy, hopefully you feel that way as well :)

My Sona

The design is based on a marsh rice rat and is a tribute to the Chesapeake Bay where I grew up. It's semiaquatic and occurs in tidal wetlands.
I have fond memories of kayaking out on the bay and exploring the many inlets. Most of all, I miss getting to eat blue crab whenever I want So I am the rat and the rat is me.
